We are Z-Software RUS a subsidiary of Z-Software GmbH. Z-Software GmbH, founded in 2008, is a passionate and long-standing multi-platform and multi-genre video game development studio based in Dortmund and Magdeburg, Germany. With over 18 released products and successful releases on different platforms (Windows-PC, MacOS, iOS, Android, Xbox360, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, Nintendo Switch and PS4/PS5), the company proved its expertise.

Z-Software is supporting local up-and-coming developers, game designers and young professionals through close relations with Gametreff NRW and membership in associations in “games.nrw” and the industry association “game”.

We are currently looking for Marketing Manager for our office in Nizhny Novgorod to support our parent company in Dortmund.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management

• Community Management

• Close interaction with gamers and the gaming community (announcement of updates, work with comments, analysis, and transmission of Feedback from players to developers) through various social networks and product websites

• Maintaining and publishing posts on social networks and product websites

• Attracting subscribers, increasing the audience, and increasing its engagement

• Planning and creating content like screenshots, gifs, small videos for social media and community

• Planning and preparing Artworks together with Art department

• Preparing press releases and press information together with producing

• Communicating with pr and marketing agencies, press, influencer etc.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a similar field from 1-3 year(s)

• Excellent communication skills

• Passion for Games and Marketing

• Foreign language skills (English) for working with the content of the German parent company

• Ability to work in multitasking mode

• Ability to build and to maintain communities

• Set goals, create activities and measure them

• Creativity and the willingness to always provide the best support for our community.

• Skills for texting

• Skills in Photoshop, Paint.Net, GIMP or similar

• Be self-organized and self-motivated

• MS Office skills

Nice to have

• German language skills

• Know how to record /stream stuff

• Skills in OBS
