PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION AT THE LAST PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT (Petr Telegin ltd. — development and production of medical equipment):
• A product quality control system has been developed (automatic analysis of device process testing data).
• The following algorithms for cardiometry signals processing and analyzing have been developed:
— An algorithm for blood pressure measurement using the oscillometric method has been developed, implemented in software, and documented in detail.
— Algorithms for determining the pulse wave velocity, augmentation index, and other hemodynamic parameters used in medical practice (that characterize the state of blood vessels) have been developed, implemented in software, and documented.
— An original algorithm for measurement the respiratory rate based on an ECG signal has been developed, implemented in software, and documented in detail.
• Physical and mathematical principles for the patient's physical activity level measurement have been developed.
• The "Virtual Patient" system has been created - computer modeling of the blood pressure measurement process that completely imitates the real measurement (idea, physical and mathematical model, software implementation, creation of a test base).
• Systems for automatic processing of blood pressure monitor test results have been created according to the international protocols (AAMI, BHS-93, ESH-2001, and ISO 81060-2).
• Statistical analysis of numerous clinical studies performed in clinics in Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Volgograd, Penza, and other cities has been carried out.
• Hemodynamic parameters statistical characteristics were studied based on the results of a large number of monitorings (hundreds of thousands of measurements). This study has a certain scientific value.
• Analysis of measurement errors and applicability limits of various methods for measuring hemodynamic parameters used in equipment from various manufacturers was conducted.
• Preparation of materials and participation in the International scientific conference ARTERY 11 (Paris, 2011).
