Geometric Product Manager (CAE Solutions)

Ventra IT is seeking a Product Manager to become a part of our team in Nizhniy Novgorod and lead the development of CAE products of our client - a high-tech company specializing in the R&D of simulation modeling methods, technologies, tools, and platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

CAE Product Geometry Function Planning

• Lead short-term and long-term development planning for geometric functionalities in CAE products. Conduct requirements analysis, create comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD), and guide subsequent module development.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution.

CAE Industry Insights

• Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements in CAE.
• Generate analytical reports on product functionalities, market demands, and emerging opportunities.

CAE Product Project Initiation.

• Drive product lifecycle management from ideation to launch. Organize cross-functional teams to deliver project proposals and secure stakeholder approval.
• Develop detailed project initiation reports, including business case analysis and resource allocation strategies.

Customer Engagement & Strategic Collaboration.

• Lead technical discussions with key clients to identify pain points and co-create tailored CAE solutions.
• Align R&D, engineering, and business units to deliver client-centric product roadmaps.
• Facilitate strategic workshops to shape long-term partnerships and joint development plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• 5+ years of experience in industrial simulation, CAE software development, or related fields.
• Proficiency in mainstream CAD/CAE tools (e.g., NX, Catia, Creo, SolidWorks, HyperWorks, ANSA), with advanced skills in at least one platform.
• Deep understanding of geometric modeling principles and CAE pre/post-processing workflows.
• Proven track record in product planning, requirements analysis, and end-to-end project execution.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CAE solver integration or multiphysics simulation.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practic
• Multilingual proficiency (English fluency required for technical documentation review).
